Comic Relief (it's how I cope)

my stock photo for when I google "insane woman"

I began the process of grievance today, beginning with Anthem Blue Cross.

The person with whom I spoke took my grievance over the phone and asked me how to spell epilepsy.

  7. It is spelled HELL. And as the insurance company, you should be willing to help get her out of HELL.

END. I am speechless Elizabeth, really.

  8. I guess you don't need to know how to spell epilepsy in order to make drug recommendations for its treatment.

  9. I'm a former Voldemort Republican, but I am with you 100% on the socialized medicine issue. Our current healthcare system is a shameful scam rigged in favor of special interests, insurance companies and large scale providers, who lobby relentlessly to line their own pockets at the expense of people with real needs. We needed change we could believe in. We got change orchestrated by the usual suspects. It's time for us to join the rest of the civilized world.
