Dragon Clouds

La Brea Blvd., Los Angeles

I was travelling south with Oliver this afternoon as the sun went down, and when we looked up we saw the most magnificent dragon cloud floating by. I read that the depiction of a dragon with clouds combines two of the most potent Chinese symbols. I also read that a dragon image in the clouds in a more modern interpretation represents freedom.

Huh.

I heard Bob Dylan's plaintive voice, too, and I remembered a time long ago.  Dragon clouds so high above, I've only known careless love.

Here's a different version of You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go.

It all sort of fits, right?

  2. A gift, thank you, of Madeleine Peyroux. We take our dragon clouds and peace where we find them. This is not small stuff. xo

  3. As you know, I believe in symbolism and the important messages that are sometimes conveyed through these dreams/images. Dragons are powerful and positive symbols bringing insight and clarity to difficult problems, reminding you to trust your inner voice. (Interesting how Oliver was with you.) Try to become more aware of this symbol and just where and when it appears in your life/dreams. What have you been asking or seeking spiritually? There may be more of these dragon sightings to come….will be interesting to see.
