I looks peaceful and quiet and cool. Mine has been re-dubbed a "prairie reclamation project" so now all the native weeds are really just me being uber-green. It's all in the name.
Well, your toes are not neglected...They appear to be painted a lovely shade of blue. Also you garden is looking deliciously beautiful, neglected or not.
Your yard looks like a haven. It's amazing that you can have that kind of outdoor space in a huge city like L.A., and let it remain so natural, so unmanicured - I love it. The light, the outdoor dining area, the huge trees providing shade all look so inviting and cheerful.
My goodness though you have a lot of space! Our yard in San Clemente was a postage stamp. And to have a lemon tree - heaven! I love the toes :)
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a little patch of heaven to me. Is there Lantana in your yard? That was the scent of LA when I lived there. I loved it.
ReplyDeleteBaby blue toes - perfect!
Oh. It's all just beautiful. Especially your toes.
ReplyDeleteMy garden (if one can call it that) also suffers from benign neglect. Yours seems to thrive on it, though!

ReplyDeleteIt's a wonderful back yard!
