Something Lighter (after yesterday)

A fellow blogger wrote that it's fun to google your name and the word "needs." This is what happens for me:

Elizabeth needs:

1. protection
2. three olives and some yarn
3. loving
4. Frank
5. the Fashion Police
6. to Stomp that Latin Out
7. your prayers
8. a nuk
9. you

These are apt, right? And I'm wondering mainly about Frank. Where are you, Frank?

9 comments:

  1. You go Stomp that Latin out, my friend. In the meantime, you have my prayers.

  2. Came here from the SITS comments! I have been spending a bit of time in the LA/ OC area lately....I'll keep an eye out for Frank next time I'm there :)!

Hope you have a wonderful 2009 my Sitsta!

  4. Coming over from SITS. I've tried this before but I think I'll do it again for grins.

  5. This is pretty funny. Overwhelmingly the #1 thing "Lisa needs" according to Google is:

    1. Braces

    followed by

    2. To get a life
    3. a to do list
    4. a new concealer

    and...

    5. Help!

  6. With as many blogs and news groups as I read, I find myself most anxious when I see that you have posted some little treasure for the world. Thank you for doing what many of us only wish we had the courage to do, and for facing your challenges publicly with such dignity, grace and humanity. I look forward to a year of new posts and to getting my book signed by the author as soon as it becomes available! Happy New Year.

  9. Ha! Great idea. Mine were eerily appropriate and/or bizarre:

    1. Ocean treasures (i'm an ocean addict living in Idaho.)

    2. Imaginary tickles (what?)

    3. A loving home

    4. Dance lessons ASAP

    5. White pages (i'm sure they were talking phone book, but i'm an artist so this works for me in a literal sense. I could use some blank pages metaphorically too.)

    6. A truth enema (okay?)

    7. To play in the dirt (i'm a plant and soil science major.)

    8. To lay off the sangria (how did Google know that?!) :o)

    cheerio.
