Man Cold

As Oliver, child number three and my most INTOLERANT of being sick (think EXTREME DRAMA) falls to the flu, this -- and this only -- is bringing me comfort:

  1. Thank you. That was priceless. You made my day.

The next time my husband leaves me completely alone to care for the boys when I am sick as a dog or recovering from surgery, and then claims he can not do ANYTHING for them when he so much as starts to sniffle? I will upload this onto his computer in constant repeat mode.

  4. you all should be ashamed of yourself. What is this world coming to when the only thing that brings you solace during tuff times, is knowing that someone in Britania there is a man on his death bed with a cold blooded wife who could not care any less, unless of course she may be responsible to pay for creamation services in the event he spits in the bucket.

  7. What a riot. David always loved being spoiled when he wasn't feeling well...Gregg likes to be left alone, like a bear with a sore paw! It was a new experience when David got sick at college this fall. The urge to rush over the mountains to wait on him was strong...but I resisted it. =) He got sick from camping outside in a tent during a storm in Spokane...camping out in line for basketball tickets! He recovered, and then he did it again - and got sick again. It's hard to watch these escapades from afar! Thank goodness he's well again. I'm sending well-wishes for everyone in your household!

  8. I have to confess- I think when I get sick (which thankfully, is very rare) I am far more like that man than my husband is.
I am a very dramatic person, as we know.

  9. Child #3 might be immensely cheered up by the string of You Tube clips that are offered up after the man cold. Endless f**ts.
