What a nine year old does when he's recovering from chicken pox and bored out of his mind

This poor stuffed rabbit evidently got into the cabbage growing in the raised bed in the garden.

Notice the "security camera" rigged in the upper corner and several tormenting bugs carefully strung from the top,

Brilliant in a way -- disconcerting in others --

  1. I seem to recall a lot of Barbies tied to the stairway railing.
    Don't worry.

  9. He's an unfettered emotional explorer. Wonder what poems and art installations he'll be creating when he's fifteen or so... As for those Barbies tied to the bannister, they probably asked for it!

  10. I think it's just brilliant, and a good way to get his boredom and frustration out of his system.

  11. Fascinating in a Peter Rabbit sort of way. In the story I root for Peter but I find myself rooting for chicken pox boy in this version.

  12. Hahaha! My brother did stuff like this when he was a little boy. He grew up to get his PHD in engineering and designs rocket engines and stuff like that. He is an extremely caring individual, too, and a marvelous brother.
