Wish you were here

The boys and I have driven to Palm Springs for a night with friends.

I might dye my hair blonde like the lady above and wear a green bow in my hair and a cute swimsuit.

I might never come back.

  3. I might join you if you never leave. My hair definitely needs some blonding.

  4. Inform me of your whereabouts. I will bring hair dye and pale ale. We'll write about it. Call ourselves the desert blondes on blondes.

  5. That picture looks eerily similar to the girls on the front of the card you sent me. I am sensing a trend.

Have fun and go blonde. I'll stay red and we'll have a blast.

I can be there in under 3 hours. Sure would be a nice finish to the horrible day I had. CHLA's PICU with a mommy friend and her precious boy. Been a sad day.

  6. What, you don't think she's a natural blond? Hmmm guess the dark eyebrows gives her away. I would love to be in a sunny, warm place with you, any time babe. Anytime.

  11. I'm picturing this: A convertible, blonde tresses blowing in the wind, and you singing along with Lady Gaga. "I've had enough, this is my prayer / That I'll die livin' just as free as my hair."

  12. And you deserve the get-away! But not the consequences of going blonde--fending off folks overpowered by your one-two punch of sexy and ditzy. Plus the preactical downside of brown roots in three weeks.

    Have a great time.
