Carol of the Day

Ms. Moon, vocal disliker of all things Christmas, dared me to post this video for today's Carol of the Day. I admit that one of the Christmas carols that I actually despise is The Twelve Days of Christmas -- the piddly, repetitive melody and stupid words drive me nuts -- but my heart warms a bit with The Twelve Gays of Christmas. So, with apologies to those of you who agree with Bill O'Reilly (anybody?, anybody?) that Christmas is desecrated and dead, I give you:

  1. As Owen would say, "Did it!"
    Yay for you!
You rock, Elizabeth. My world as well as the Real one.

  2. Love their energy and the way they camp it up. I'm laughing and cheering from my sofa. Thanks so much to both of you.

  3. Good for you Elizabeth, it will be interesting to see if people get offended or think this is any kind of a desecration of Christmas. Because if they are offended, it will be for no other reason then the word "gay" being included.

of course they would claim to be absolutely not at all discriminatory in their views because denial is so strong. These would be the same people who refuse to allow equal rights to anybody but hetero, yet claim they are not discriminating.
