  1. You've done better than me. My decorations are all chocolate.

  3. In typical Elizabeth style, you have taken a handful of plastic chicks and a rock, and turned them into art. Amazing.

  8. That's more than I've done, or am going to do. I am going to cook, however. Does that make up for the lack of decorating? ;) David is at home for the weekend, and it's so much fun to plan meals for him!

  10. I did like to decorate for Easter when the kids were little but now it seems without appreciation if I don't have an Easter Brunch or dinner at our home....so I don't have anything out...how pathetic...

Maybe I should pick up some chocolate and plop it in a basket that I will/won't try to/not to eat....

  11. they are so cute. i like how as the line moves to the right, they appear more and more drunk. the last little dude appears to be falling over, stumbling home and slurring the words to Oh Danny Boy. LOL!

  12. Somewhere I have a package of these teensy chicks that I've never even removed from the packaging (for, oh, perhaps 15 years)....I just put them out as is.

Now I want to find them.

  14. I was trying to explain to a friend from Nepal about Easter supposedly being a celebration of the resurrection of Christ but has mostly evolved into being about the bunny. "What Bunny?" he asked. How do you explain a custom like that? Anyway. I love the peeps. They are my favorite. Especially the 3rd from the right who is snoozing.

  15. I love your Easter decorations - those little chicks bring back great memories of when I was a little chick. :) I also love your Moss Pot. I have one too - and want more!
