No, you're not greedy. I used to say that (at a certain age) the kids' vacations were NOT vacations for mom - mom still has all of the same chores & responsibilites as usual, just in a different locale. But I wouldn't trade a day of it away! So glad that you got to take this trip with your boys.
What you had was not a vacation. It was parenting in a different place. You deserve some time to yourself to do what you find fulfilling. Hope you find some soon.
