They look pretty happily occupied to me.
I remember this, children playing in the street, just enjoying summertime. Makes me long for grandchildren, just a little:)

That's a perfect summer afternoon, the stuff of very good memories.
It is so nice to see kids outside enjoying themselves. That is how it is supposed to be.
