There's that moment in the early fall when the morning light falls just so through the dining room windows, and this morning as I stood in the kitchen I remembered it from last year and the year before that. So, here we are.

  1. For me, the kitchen window provides this light. It flows all the way into my office/all-purpose room/etc.. I love it!

  2. It is that time of year ins't it? My kitchen lights hit the counter top and floor in such a way. Sadly, it reminds me of the time of the year of my mother and her dying.

  3. Yes. For me it is the way it slants through the trees in the morning and evening.

  5. Oh, yes! :-) I know exactly what you mean. Autumn means light and colours to me. Early morning chill and dusk orange glow. I love it. My favourite season. Many thanks. That was a glorious shot.

    Greetings from London.

  6. Thank you for inviting us into that moment with you. The light...that's what all of those "September Songs" must be about. Sending gratitude and love to you.
