When we were in Target today, we saw a little girl, dressed as Dorothy. Her costume was gorgeous and she wore ruby slippers, of course, and her hair was braided. A classic! Sadly, she had no Tin Man.
Love the ruby slippers, and I'm so glad the Tin Man has a heart. :)
