  1. Elizabeth,
Please go to my blog and read about our dear Maggie. You may already know this but I wanted your other readers to be aware of it too. She needs all our Love and support.
    Thanks so much,
    Liv

  2. This writing is beyond anything.
Your gift, your work, your spirit, your soul- yellow and bright as the sun, as the yellow tree of gratefulness.

  3. It strikes me that you and Sophie are quite similar. Restful and calm. Katie and I are quite similar too, wound too tight and often flying about. Even wonky apples don't fall far from the tree:)

  4. Thank you for this beautiful, thought-provoking piece of writing. It's hard to believe that somebody actually said to you, as you quoted one post ago: Who told you that you're special? What makes you think that?
Because, the truth is, you really are special. We here all know that.

  5. I found this on another blog today, that feeling that autumn brings, and I immediately thought about your post. the Japanese call it mono no aware—-both the beauty and melancholy of transience.
