I'm not even sure what redux means but I'll look it up after writing this post. I was over at Suburban Matron the other day, one of my favorite blogs, and liked how she posted a bit of a recap of her blog for the year. I think that's a fine thing to do, especially if one is resolved to not have any resolutions. It was fun to go through my archives from last year, click onto each post and quickly review it. I didn't have too hard of a time picking out a favorite from each month, so here are the first three:
January:
Something I Grapple With

Greetings from Another Planet

Sunday Swearing on a Saturday Night
What about seizures, is what I am thinking at just this moment.

And now I'll post my one of my favorite photos from those first three months. It's not one that I took, but it's a picture of one of my favorite places in the world. We called them "the stacks" in Wilson Library at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Enjoyed catching up with these posts I never got a chance to read. The Magpie Tales was terrific... you've got a novel in you somewhere...
ReplyDeleteI love this idea, and I look forward to reading many more of your wonderful posts in 2011.
ReplyDeleteThe "stacks"--I love them. Our current library has them. Our new library will be stackless alas. Of course, it will have much new to offer so I'll have to be o.k.!
ReplyDeleteBest,
