Beautiful. I love the lights and the old chair as a night stand. I love a pretty bed. I always make mine even if it's an hour before bed--just so I can experience getting into a beautiful bed.
Elizabeth, I'm "turning the pages" of your days, all the posts I've missed out on and catching up with you and your life. Just wanted to chime in here and say that I think "Beds I Love" should become a regular post. I have a feeling a group of us around here, including our dear you, could benefit from a a regular dose of empty, delicious, and inviting fantasy beds.
Sending love, hugs, and many wishes for health and happiness and restful sleep.

ReplyDeleteLooks like a spot for good dreams. Hope you have some.
ReplyDeleteand maybe the scent of a nearby Christmas tree ...
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous! And no room for anyone else in there, so you can be totally relaxed and have some you-time.
ReplyDeleteI love the starry lights in the curtain - always wanted a canopy bed as a girl, and wouldn't mind one now!
ReplyDeleteI love this bed. Beds should be beautiful. I change my bed sheets every Sunday no matter what because I just love clean sheets. My bedroom is almost pretty, at least my side is. My fiancé's side is all boy like and boring.
ReplyDeleteI love that one! It reminds me a little bit of the Scandinavian beds that are in a cupboard in the wall ....
ReplyDeleteNow you've done it...my daughter would like me to re-create this in her room, simply beautiful... I'll let you know how it goes...
ReplyDeletenow THAT looks cozy!
