We've arrived in Hilton Head safely, the boys jumping out of their skins in excitement the blast of humid air redolent of the Atlantic me feeling strangely numb, exhausted really, no muster just here.
Without sounding pretentious may I say I know the feeling so well that except for the weather I would suspect we are both in the land of ennui just across the street from complete exhaustion? Rest, you have just a few days to pamper Elizabeth if nothing else with restful sleep and reading time. Take good care of yourself, you are worth it.
Make sand angels and breath the salt air. Wishing you a time of renewal and joy!
ReplyDeletehoping you find refreshment... so glad you arrived safely.

Relax, rest yourself and breathe in the eastern ocean air. Humidity is supposed to be good for the skin.
