You certainly don't have to worry about invaders with your own knight in shining armor in residence! I could use some of that lemonade right now. Hope there were lots of thirsty passersby.
I haven't been around to my favorite spots for a week or so... I love Patti Griffith, and your whole blog, day in and out. Every one of the posts. Period.
I bought a deck of cards a few weeks ago, and there are actually times when my boys choose solitaire or spit over call of duty. Last night they were playing blackjack and betting stale cheerios.

Can they come home to play? Just asking...
Ah, yes, the colander, the lid. They were necessary elements of my kids' armor, too. Fun days.
What fun! I am loving the strainer hat. :)

This is fabulous! Oliver makes a fine knight. And who knew how many components of dragon-slaying come from the kitchen?

Now I am wishing my boys backwards (they are 23 & 25)! Because I loved every minute of them ;-)
