It's Wednesday and Corner View is back! Started by a terrific blogger, Jane at Spain Daily, Corner View is made up of many bloggers all over the world who post on a particular theme each Wednesday. It's a lot of fun for me to be part of this amazing group of photographers, writers and artists, and I look forward to reading their blogs as well! For more Corner Views, click on Jane's site.
I admit to groaning at the thought of posting Holiday photos -- I just took it all down and am actually loving the peace and quiet post-holiday, but here goes:

ReplyDeleteGreetings from London.

ReplyDeleteLove your holiday scenes! They are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI'm LOVING that new header! Awesome photo!
All- The blue mermaid is a vase that I got for Sophie's room but it came broken into a gazillion pieces. We glued it back together, though, and just won't be able to fill it with any water!
ReplyDeletelooks like the all family had great time ... Happy New Year to you and your loved ones !!
ReplyDeleteI love it. Elizabeth your children are all so gorgeous it isn't funny.
ReplyDeleteI would say that they are all well loved.
xoxoxo
Happy and sweet!
ReplyDeleteI love the photo of the Christmas tree, and I also agree that your daughter looks like Helen Keller. If not, they could be sister.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the green wreath and pink door!!!
ReplyDeletethese are wonderful. full of warmth and joy! and snow!! warm hugs dear elizabeth!
ReplyDeleteI live in Chicago (used to live in La Jolla) where it snows real snow! My children were infants and toddlers in La Jolla and we would take them to Sea World at Christmas time to play in the manmade snow.
ReplyDeleteThe upside to having lived in California than? No stuffing squirming little bodies into snow suits and mittens. The downside? Not enough snow!
I've just come to your website through another. Your Sophie does look like Helen Keller. What an inspiring story of Helen and her teacher. I'm not aware of Sophie's situation but it seems that she has her Annie Sullivan in you. I wish the best for you and your beautiful child.
I am so glad you have your wreath up still too! Boy the kids hit the jackpot with Santa this year. Looks like it was golden holiday for everyone! xo
ReplyDeletebeautiful photos !! and peace to you and yours !!
ReplyDeletePeace!
ReplyDeleteroger that and peace to you too :)
ReplyDeletejingle, jingle all the way (and not just at xmas, I'm trying but january's a bit of a ***, innit? ;P)
I especially love that first shot of the kids, the suit jacket and yet there they are, all kid, laying down and full of love.
ReplyDeleteAll the best to you and yours!

Great photos! I love the one with the soap flakes. Such joy.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the photos - thank you for sharing your corner view.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful family. Your kids are radiant - the "snow" shot is joy embodied. The decorations in your home are festive (the fireplace is a work of art), and it looks orderly - how did you do that? (Your wood floor is beautiful, too, I must say.) Happy New Year!
lovely photos. Love the mermaid and the soap snow. Happy New Year, Elizabeth!
ReplyDeleteI love these pictures! sophie is so like a beautiful china doll :). I love the peace wreath too. Did you make that? Its so perfect on the pinkish door...
