The Link to the Epilepsy Pipeline Conference

and aren't you getting a bit tired of all of this because I sure am. There was some difficulty getting the Family Day (Day 3) of the live streaming to work even when it was archived, but I'm pretty sure you can forward through the weird proprietary message on the opening screen to the presentations. If you really want to watch, though, I appear around 3:20. There's 8 hours there of information, and if you watch the whole three days of material -- about 24 hours worth, you might catch my high wire act in tutu. Just kidding.

Here's the link if you can't view the above.

  1. Just got all got up with you. Yes I am sure you were a "bomb" in that time and place. I have a hunch that you also are a butterfly and have started something far reaching that is going to create some amazing changes. Thank You...I am your loyal lurker/fan from Alabama.

  3. Beautiful job... Loved the slide... (impressive results!)
Thought your point about it being anything but a miracle was very clearly made and effectively delivered. Sophie's story as told by her mom speaks for itself....

  6. ok, you were fantastic. I watched the entire thing and I'm sure you woke a few people up - literally and figuratively. My favorite moment is at about 4:00 where you seem to be flipping off the pharma guy as you scratch play with your hair. You werent of course, but it made me laugh.

  7. I watched your presentation and was elated. Your story was so concise and articulate, Elizabeth. I was rapt as I am sure that many in the audience were because you were telling a real(!) story. A family, a mother and then the wonderful picture of you and Sophie on the bed and the graphic chart - great work E. I'm sure it made some (the rule followers) anxious but it also must have given so many in the audience hope. And I loved the way you responded to the man from the audience! The other two women on the panel were going "cut her off, cut her off" with their hand gestures as you were explaining so eloquently your views about about "why not!" And I was laughing and cheering "go Elizabeth - tell it and make them think"

It was just great. And getting to see you in person, after all these years of reading you and feeling that I know you was wonderful because you are exactly as I imagined you to be - just wonderful. Great work!
