Permissive Parenting 101

Allow this to happen:

One Oreo Cookie (sugar + hydrogenated fat)
Jif Creamy Peanut Butter (peanuts + sugar)
Fluff (cancer in a jar)
Chocolate Chips (high quality semi-sweet)

  1. Separate Oreo cookie and place on paper towel
  2. Spread dollop of peanut butter on cream half
  3. Spread dollop of Fluff on plain half
  4. Sprinkle generous amount of chocolate chips over peanut butter
  5. Sandwich
  6. Enjoy

  2. My god, he is soooo adorable. This looks like the perfect profit building addition to the lemonade stand !

  3. It is only permissive if you permit him to make one for you and one for your friend Greg.

  4. Oh my! He needs to write a snack food cookbook!

  5. What's so bad about Fluff? I love almost anything marshmallow...and I admire his creativity.

  6. Ugh. Now that is a dish fit only for a teenager!

  7. I agree with Steve. I would have loved that (to go along with our microwave s'mores after school) when I was his age, but now it just turns my stomach. More power to y'all if he cleans up after himself when he's done.

  8. The fluff's OK, if it's the standard brand that's just egg white and sugar. No worse than meringue--just gooier, and better than whipped cream. And LOTS better than the Oreo cookie itself.
